Made this documentary a couple of years ago but never really did much with it!

thought I would post it as it might interest some of those looking at a career in the film industry.

Shot with a HVX200

Have you tried to use another part of another take (the same shot) and tried to stick it to each other ? At around 00:25 ??
And is that the raison it "shakes" a little ?

Around 4:30, the camera shakes a bit

The sound is good for the "conditions" (I hear woody rooms I think) you had.

Maybe a little to much "talking heads"....

The answers are good... Which I want to say that the questions (I think you asked some questions, or a reporter did or so ?) were good, and you have "real" answers. Not just "yes....no....I don't know".

A small zoom in at 08:48....

It would have been better to see more stuff about him.... But in general I liked to watch it, specially knowing that he done the turtles, the muppets, and some other things I recognize.

Thanks for the reply,

We had loads of problems making this in the short space of time we had as given Mak's condition, we effectively had to stop shooting after the first of our talking heads and make do with what we had. We were planning on a trip to his home town and various other locations in order to add something to it which we unfortunately had to cancel. So yes, I very much agree its too heavy talking head.

This was my first experience with documentary and although we had so many problems with it I felt it has since taught me more about how not to approach a documentary, although I am pleased with how it turned out given what we had.
