Hey guys,

Spoke with a major distributor who may pick up the film. Their team considered Dark Disciple solid and professional and they were really impressed with the action segments. Incredible, since it was all filmed on the GH1.

I test ran it on a 50 foot screen and you could see eyelashes from the middle row. This camera rocks! Just wish I knew about the hack before I filmed it. Either way, though, it came out excellet.

Have a few more scenes to do. Just filling in gaps now and getting the website up and running.

Here's the link - DarkDiscipleMovie.com
As always, I would really appreciate the excellent opinions of my DVXuser friends!!!

Thanks

Congrats! I'd love to see the movie. Do you have a production blog? It would be great to hear how you accomplished this.

Agreed on these cameras being excellent.

I watched both videos on your site. Decent looking scenes, some of the handheld stuff looks good. I think a trailer, or contiguous scene with some narrative context would be better to generate interest in the film itself though.

Good luck with the distributor.

Excellent idea,

Infact, I've been working on the trailer all day. Should be ready this week.

Thanks for the input.

Thanks Sigamy,

I don't have a blog, but can I do one on this site? I'd love to share what I've learned through all of this.
