major color correction grabs

well, i am a big fan of "IP-TV" (for those of you who dont know, thats internet tv/video podcasts etc) These are screen grabs from our 'pilot' for our newest ip-tv mini-series. The actual episode/pilot will be here soon and ill need people to give me feedback on that so i can decide wheather to make another episode and actual series. Here are some screen shots of color correction and the original shots below them.

they look good man!. my monitor may be a little dark or thats just the look your going for =)

im going to give those a go when i get back from work.

i like em, but the highlights are too dark, gotta keep the dynamics of the shot.

Whoa thats some major color correction you got going there...I like the first one the best, and the third grab comes in second. However i felt the third one was a tad dark, and the middle one just looked a bit wrong to me...can't quite put my finger on it though...

thanks guys, the middle one has a feathered solid coming down at an angle from the right hand corner. its dark orange i was going for a sun set reflecting look. Dark is what i was going for tho, because in the short it reaches the point where the sun is almost completely set. A lot of people who have seen the short made me bump up the brightness a bit and thats where its staying.

good job, definitely drastic change in mood. Also think the second one isn't as nice as the right side of the cap seems unaffected...

The third one could really be cool if you punched up the guy in it a little. just seems like he needs to stand out a little more.
