MainConcept AVCHD Transcoder not working

Hi folks,

Just tried this software to convert my AVCCAM files from my HMC150 to a format that wont crash Vegas and the software refuses to recognise the files :S

Has anyone else had this problem?

Run it through the AVCHD restore tool, also by Panasonic. Although it was a different error, I often found that the resorer tool would fix it. You can also try using VOLTAICHD or other software.

Odd. Got it working by feeding it files on an SD card BUT now Ive done that, Vegas Pro 8 wont see the converted file - joy LOL

Yes,,,it will only do the AVI DV. Check that button.. You should be ok. However if you will upgade to 9a there is no need to bother with it.
