This is absolutely perfect for all of us DVX users--full-quality Magic Bullet Look Suite (we've never needed the 24p conversion part of it anyway!) in our NLE of choice (FCP now, Premiere Pro and Vegas coming this summer), at $300 instead of $1000. Thanks Red Giant/Orphanage!!!

Also it includes film damage effects. I, for one, am psyched.

doh! well youve done some awsome stuff with it though. ill be for sure getting this somtime after it comes out for ppro.

Magic Bullet Looks for registered Premiere Pro has been available for free since the debut of PPro. I do believe after you register on the Adobe site, it gives you a link to download MB. And if you have MB for AE, you can add those looks to the PPro plugin as well. ;)

Right, but Magic Bullet Looks for PPro is a free plugin in which you can't change any of the settings--it's just 10 pre-defined looks.  I have it, I know.

And yes, you can use MB suite in PPro, but it's $1k.  I could definitely use the extra $700...

They've been promising this for months now. Glad to see it's coming around -- looks like great stuff!

but now...really why not save the 50. and put it towards the full customizeable, and saveable plugin when it comes out

Yeah of course, save the 50 bones to buy the full version. One thing to note: the MB for Editors does NOT have the opticals transition effects.

Also, I wish MB would let you set the angle, etc. of it's grad filters, like DFT's 55mm does.
