I sent an e-mail to Panasonic Rebate Offer folks asking about the status of my stuffs, and I was told that the software and books with the DVD are out of stock at this moment. So that's the reason of the current delay on deliveries.

We are currently out of stock and awaiting a new shipment to arrive within the next couple of weeks. As soon as it arrives, yours will be shipping out then.
Thanks and sorry for the delay.<quote>
