Magenta cast in printer, help please?

Hey all, our Epson Stylus cx4800 has been printing with a magenta cast to ANYTHING we try to print, in any way or form. This started happening when we changed ink cartridges, although we had been using the exact same offbrand ones before. Now, the copy function works just as well as it always has, so that makes me think its software side and not hardware side.

Any help? Epson's website/tech division has given me gooseegg.

Ohh, yeah, it does this over the network AND with a direct connection.

Check your cyan and yellow inks. A cartridge isn't seated properly, or nozzle is clogged.

Clean the nozzles...Epson includes software that enables you to test for and clean the nozzles.

I would first try nozzle checks and cleanings..Sometimes it takes multiple times. Make sure the other inks are ok. I would stick with Epson genuine brand inks in the future. Also on the software end. Make sure you turn off color management in the driver or the printer will try to manage the color. Sometimes if you forget to turn that off, you get wacky colors or a super saturated print. I assume you have already tried shutting everything down and restarting from scratch as well.
