Well, I haven't heard the switch is a go, but they DID ask Jobs for it.

On the single button issue, you can always just use a 2 or 3 button mouse on a mac! ;)

You're right about porting games, it does take a bit to get the newer games onto mac, but small price to pay for all the other plusses.

The state of the Umax

She still lies dormant and refuses to comply with powerup procedures. I have heard that this version of Mac had what pc users call a cmos battery, and that this old system will not boot if bat is dead. Anyone know if this is true? Also, did this older Mac start using button on case front or keyboard or both? It is a Umax 500 Mac.
