Made a little mistake when shooting..started in LP mode..then switched to SP mode.
will i have to do any thing when importing to FCP??
anyone ever do this? i must have hit the menu button really quick by mistake.
never used LP mode ..EVER!

No worries, LP writes the same on the tape as SP, but just smaller, I mean you get the same quality, the same digital information, but the 0s and the 1s are written smaller. You are likely to have more drop outs on LP and I would reccomend you always to keep in SP. There is an issue as well with the LP in defferent cameras, i mean with SP you can shoot with one camera and you will be able to read it with any other dv camera or video, with LP sometimes you have to use the same camera or video that you shoot/record with, or the same brand.

but no worries, your LP is so good (or so bad...) as your SP
