MacBook Pro Editing System

People.. Please don't PM me asking me to sell you copies of all this software... I am not a software pirate... I am leaving all this legitimate software installed on my computer for sale, not selling bootleg copies or distributing this software to other people for any price...
 
I know I'm breaking one of the rules stated for this forum, but, I thought I'd remind everybody that Mr. Hudson made it ever so clear when posting here:

I am definitely interested in this but I just saw today that there are refurbed Macbook Pros really cheap online at apple.com They have one with the same specs as yours (only has 1GB of ram not 1.5GB) for $1499. They also have the 2.16ghz model with 100GB HDD for $1599.

Would you consider selling yours for less than that? If not, I will prolly snatch up one from Apple. THANKS!

Dont forget to figure in that little thing called TAX plus what it would cost you to install all or any of the software that is included with this system... even if you get the 2.16 with a gig for 1599 + tax comes out to: 1730.91.. and this isn't including any software that we all know we need here.. If I had to do it all over again, I'd still pick up my system...
 
The software on the computer can add no cash value to the deal, you are treading on thin ice by even saying it should. To be clear, you are not including the disks OR the license for this software correct?

You might just wanna try Craigslist to avoid the trolls here abstract. I just sold my Macbook Pro , same as yours but 256mb upgraded video card for 2200 cash.
 
Do you guys realize that Apple could come down on this forum HARD if this kind of thing was the norm? It is not about being a rat, etc. it is about legality and fairness. I dont think it is a big issue to leave software installed but it is not LEGAL to ask for more money because of it. You are not selling the license or the software discs.
