LoL, that's childsplay compared to the one I built for over 9k. My 2 yr old power pc (dual 2.0, 4 GB RAM) is still chugging along and will have to for another year or two. I just ordered a DSR11 and a DVX100B last friday, so a new Mac Pro is definitely out of the question. I just need to find a client with very deep pockets now to get me back in the black.

Try the Final Cut Studio vs. anything on a PC (Expensive Avid not included)
