Mac Mini Suite

I am on the verge of putting together an Mac Mini edit suite; having to replace my old equipment due to a burglary, and I am wondering if I would be able to connect a dual monitor setup along with a client/broadcast monitor to the Mac Mini and what type of device would I need in order to do so?

I've been stumped with this and I appreciate any advice you guys can offer.

Thanks David, I understand the dual monitor config but I would like to add a client monitor in addition to a dual monitor setup.

I would think you could use the Thunderbolt port to add a couple of hard drives and then something like a Matrox MXO2 LE at the end of the chain to feed the client monitor.
