hello all
first thanks to Vitaliy and his great hack, even if, my bad, some bad surprises for me.
I used my gh13 with c setting (native 25p i think), on a class 6 extreme 3 card as a B cam on a tripod for a show, and i had a card error after 3 minutes.
i did test that setting before but not enough and not in the right condition.
Anyway that first 3 minutes before it crash could be useful for me, and the file is 700 Mo in the finder, and readable in toast video player with a bitrate around 30 mbps
but in fcp log and transfer shows a clip of 2 sec nothing else.
Is there any way to export that file? i'm on mac but with bootcamp and winxp
i tried with premiere cs4 wich open a file but crash everytime i try to export it
and another more general question, Why is it more difficult for the codec to handle
tripod footage rather than held? maybe it s obvious but i would think a picture that doesn't change much is easier to compress?
Thank you
and i just need to test more and maybe buy a class10 to live happily with my GH13
