Mac/FCP vs. PC/Premiere (poll)

[Mike Brent]

I'm going to purchase the camera, lenses, mics, the tactical shooter, yada yada yada the whole 9 yards this week. The last question remains - Mac/FCP vs. PC/Premiere?

I'm not a Mac guy and I hate their hype, but I will do what is best for getting the best results for our project. Is there any verdict on this? I plan to move to Scarlet when its out (if it will ever be out) later.

if this has been extensively covered already you can point me to the right direction.

Thanks

I personally like and use FCPro, but if your future lies with RED, then Premiere, for now, has the best implementation for editing the RED files right on the timeline:
