M2 or similar in San Francisco area

Who has an M2 or something similar in the SF Bay Area (for HVX)?
Also looking for follow focus for Nikons and mattebox.
 
Where is that place to post?

We may have a rental for ours that may turn into a two camera shoot. Starting next week - 3 weeks. It is a general question for the future though.
 
I have an M2, along with Matte Box and FF. But currently not renting equipment by itself... I would need alot more details about what you need done and how much. Please PM me
 
We have two M2 rigs with PL and Nikon mounts for rent in San Francisco. We can also satisfy your needs for a follow focus, matte box, Nikon primes with cine-pitch gears and lighting and grip. Being local, we can help set up your rig and tweak it in to tune for your shoot so you get the best results.

We do require you to have insurance (easily obtainable from Complex, there's a link on our site) in place before you pick up the gear.

A prime lens is one that has a fixed focal length, like a 50mm lens. This is as opposed to a zoom lens that has a focal range, like 35-70mm. You generally get a better image from a prime lens because it contains less glass that has to do fewer tricks and, as a result, have a faster lens speed.
 
it good to have a zoom or 2 in your reputour (sp?) just in case, but snap zooming is the extent of its use really. without a motorized zoom, its difficult to get a nice looking slow zoom wthout lots of practice
