Hey I am looking to rent a M2 adapter or any adapter really(HVX-200) for a nikon fisheye lens in the San Francisco area in about 3 weeks. Please give me an email if you have a lead or need to me to answer more specific ques about what type of fisheye etc. I would buy an M2 mount but time is an issue. Thanks all

Tony,

I rent M2s in San Francisco with Nikon or PL mounts and can work with you to dial it in. I also shoot on an HVX and am very familiar with setting the two up together. Take a look at our website and see if there is anything else you need.

I have shipped, and have learned that I will only for long-term rentals and only if the renter is experienced with the rig. ACs unfamiliar with the setup don't usually get passed the word that I set up the adapter. Then they tear it apart and call and ask why it's not working. And these may be good and experienced ACs ... just not familiar with the need to finesse the hand-aligned film plane. I don't have these problems when the camera is prepped locally.
