Looking for a fisheye lens to film skateboarding with my gh2. if anyone has one pm me price and pics please.

I'm going to try out that lense, my concern is when shooting indoors 3.5 won't be enough but I am new to dslr so i have no idea what I'm talking about anyway lol

That is basically the brother to the Rokinon 8mm which I highly recommend as well.

The focal distance being a touch lower might be somewhat helpful. Since it's M43.
It's worth noting they are releasing (confirmed rumors from a reliable source I believe it was)
an F/2.8 version. Of both the 8mm and 7.5mm.

If you are really concerned with getting a proper exposure with less noise might wait for
that. However if you are shooting outside or with controlled lighting the f/3.5 means nothing.
Just that you don't have to worry about shallow DoF. And really on my 8mm it's not really easy
to get shallow DoF. In pictures somewhat, but video forget it.

Here is a sample of a recent skateboarding documentary I shot:

Strictly skateboarding shots might help you decide on if the lens looks how you want it.
Let me tell you I could be crazy close. I almost thought I would switch to the Tokina 11-16
halfway through the shoot since I was having to get so close...

Most of this was I think f/3.5 if not f/5.6. Set it to basically 1.5 feet and skate.
Actually I think it was all f/5.6 @ 9-12DB on my FS100. Which was intentional for the
black and white grain as it's pleasing grain IMO on the FS100.

Anyway enough filling up your thread with information. If you ever get your crew up
to Charleston or need an extra filmer especially for Tampa Am hit me up :)
And I mean that on a VERY serious note.
