GH3 Lumix 12 35 or Olympus 12 40

Hi everyone.

I am planning to buy new lens. My options are lumix 12 35 or olympus 12 40. I am going to use it with gh3. I know that oly has no ois. Do you think can it be a big issue, if i always shoot using tripod or monopod?

Difference in the price is not big, but i read that oly is one of the most sharpen lens for m43.

Difference in the price is not big, but I read that Olympus is the sharper lens for m43.

Both lenses are quite sharp, so the difference between them won't be noticeable in video.

I shoot hand-held sometimes, so the OIS is a feature that I would not want to give up.
