Have an omni stand whose top section won't tighten enough. Nothing obviously different from other sections. Nothing appears cracked. Is it just a matter putting a different washer in the tightening part?

Have a Prolight supposedly wired for 30v..has funky collared circular connector. Can I change this to AC by simply putting a regular AC plug on and putting an appropriate bulb in?

Lowel answers their phone with a real human being. Ask for the parts guy and he'll walk you through the answers.

Lowel has a repair parts guide on their web site. You can order repair parts directly from them or buy the parts from a dealer.

You can remove the 30v bulb from the Pro-light and install a 120v bulb (or a 240v bulb or a 12v bulb). Loosen the small knob on the top of the Pro, and the front housing should come off.

Is the 30v connector "hard-wired" to the Pro-light? It might just be an adapter that is plugged into the end of the cord. If so, just unplug the adapter.
