Looking to buy a used 2 or 3 piece lowel light kit for starters. Not looking for anything higher than Lowel brand because my budget is pretty limited. Looking to spend about $400. (I know thats not much). Just trying to see what that could get me.

i got this the basic three with three brand new white umbrellas, lots of lamps including 240V for Europe(2-tota and two omni). Everything is in pristine condition.

PM me an offer.
