Low noise setting

Recently my camera started showing more noise than normal. I have done a reset of the user/scene files and am still getting noise in both low light and day time situations.

Shooting 1080 24p, all manual and i White Balance/ Black balance. I found these setting on a search in this forum and still have similar results..

vertical detail 0
detail coring +7
chroma level -1
master pedestal -5
gamma b.press
knee high
matrix norm1
skin tone detail on

Its off, and I actually just realized those settings were not the scene file that I was filming this with. This was filmed with f5 setting.

I will have to retry tomorrow during the day to see if I cant get a better result.
