Low Light Verite Doc shoot

I have a doc shoot this weekend in a situation where it is bound to be very low light. I've come to grips wit the fact I will have to bump the iso to 3200 or so. What camera settings might I use to minimize the noise and get the best possible image with. I have a lite panel and a set of nikon primes w/ a novoflex adapter. I also have the dreaded lumix 14-140 which I shudder to use under these conditions. Lighting the scene isn't really a viable option. Any input is appreciated.

I suggest you embrace the look of 3200, don't be afraid of some noise, and consider adding the,20mm 1.7 to your kit.

see if you can loan a zoom or two. Tokina or Nikon G 11-16, 16-50, 17-55 2.8 will save you from changing primes at that end.
