Love the DSLR but I'm glad I didn't sell my 150.

How is the view finder in HMC 150? Must be horrible. It's only 235,000 Pixels if I'm not mistaken.
Does it have a focus assistance? Something like false colors ?

It has a punch in focus assist. I also roll now with the Sony 5' LCD with peaking engaged. The LCD on the camera isn't the best, but it's a lot better than the old HVX. However the viewfinder is awesome and like all professional units you can turn it black and white.

To all those with just a DSLR that's great, but that one camera isn't a great tool for everything. I'm too happy with the 150 to ever completely give it up and especially when I'm shooting alongside Canon DSLR guys. Man, such a PITA to shoot with those cameras. I've yet to see one that doesn't overheat on an event shoot. They all do and that just sucks. I prefer the Gh2 for so many reasons over the 7D and 5D and the like. It's a great image on those cameras but you can't shoot lots of footage.... with just one of them.

I too can't seem to part with my 150- was going to sell it to pay for the newly purchased AF100, but just can't do it. It will make a much better B cam to my AF than my 60D and GH17- so those are heading for ebay. I had to keep the camera that "felt right".

I've thought about picking up a GH2 at some point just to have a small camera and start collecting vintage lenses. I still have lots of love for the 150 and its currently the only camera I own. Love the fact that its CCD and probably the last prosumer camera Panny will make with CCD's so its worth to hold onto IMO. The image quality is great. Ive shot 2 low budget features with it and to be honest never felt the need to fall into the trend of DSLR filmmaking. Yes I have seen awesome images from DSLR's but in the end the story will rule out all and its what matters to us.
