-292 hours on meter, terrific shape, extra 5 hour battery pack (says 9 hours on panasonic packaging, but I have had 5hours out of it), original accessories, some extended warranty left on it that is definitely transferrable. *******SOLD******* sorry I was unavailable to update this earlier.

-very clean, excellent care, extra batteries, wireless infrared remote, 18-70 lens, 24-120 VR lens
I am basically rounding up as much cash as I can, this includes selling my house, to get some new gear and make a run at a larger scale production company than the one I already own. I am a photojournalist, and I will definitely endorse the D70 as an awesome camera for reporting, perhaps the best bang for your buck out of all the Dslr offerings out there. I am selling my D70 because I don't want a billion cameras lying around. I love this gear but I am required to get HD now and I have to sell it. I need to do one more gig on the 11th and after that if the offers are there I will be talking to you. I might also throw up some sound gear too if anyone is interested.
