"Lost?" - coldplay.com competition

You really do have some nice images, but I feel like there was no definite storyline. The first 1:30 felt incredibly slow. You could have used that first minute and a half to show why the main character is at the graveyard possibly? or done some flashbacks when he was at the grave? The whole video felt like it was shot in a few hours. I think you really have something, it just needs to be developed much much more. The images are definitely there, but I feel like the story isn't. Hope this helps.
 
Looks great, I wish I had entered that but I got a little too busy.

I feel like the editing could have fit the song a little better. The jump cuts could be in time. The pace could flow with the song better.

But for an hour, its great!
 
Well that's different then. If you only had an afternoon to shoot and edit then well done. I assumed you had more time to work on it. Just for kicks, you may want to add a story line to it, it has the potential to be a really nice piece of work to have on your reel. A day of shooting story line would work well if it was paced throughout the video.

actually, yeah. i've got all the intentions of going back and shooting more for this.

can't pass up the opportunity... especially with that beautiful snow!!
