Lost a baseplate screw -- how to replace?

Hi guys,

I had to replace my tripod socket and somehow lost one of the five screws in the DVX's baseplate. Does anyone know how to go about ordering screws or what size it is if I want to go to Home Dumpot to get one? Can one go to an electronics store with one of the baseplate screws and say, "you got one of these?"

I ordinarily wouldn't care about one missing screw, but I'm getting ready to sell my DVX to partially fund an HVX and don't want to give anyone a reason to not buy it.

I ordered a glidecam 4000 and I had the same problem you have. No screw. I went to a camera shop and they had one. Shouldn't be hard too find.
 
all the screws on the DVX are metric as far as I know.

So you are basically screwed because metric screws can be hard to find in North America.
