Hello everyone. I need some assistance.
I have slightly overbooked myself and am looking to help fellow DVXusers before I go elsewhere.
I have P2 cards rented out, and just received another potential client. He wants more cards then I have left.
I'm going to give DVXusers a chance to get paid before I rent the cards from a rental facility. It should be noted that I will personally be on this gig as DIT, aka the P2 card manager. I am not renting your cards to clients blindly. I will be on set and handling the cards. The camera being used is also mine, therefore care of all equipment is going to be top-notch and professional.
The going rate for a 16gig P2 card seems to be $50/day, 3 days= week rental. Therefore I would like to save a little money and offer $40 a day for P2 cards.
I am in need of (3) 16gig P2 cards for two weeks. The total amount would equal $720 for the two week shoot. I'll throw in $80 to simply get them a day or so before the event, and make it an even $800.
The dates are November 8th-22nd. I would like to get the cards a small time before the 8th, just for piece of mind and to make sure everything is sound and working.
Like I said, this is going out to DVXusers who need some extra cash. If I do not get any responses or time starts to run out, I'll just get them from a rental house.
