Loose Viewfinder

Hi all,

Has anyone else's AF100 viewfinder ever become loose? There are 2 screws underneath the viewfinder that screw into a metal plate which have loosened and are impossible to get at with a screwdriver. Any suggestions?

Have you ever done this before? I have 1 of them off but can't get the plate with the XLR inputs on it to come off. I took out 6 screws and it doesn't come off easily like the other side so I'm afraid to force it.
