Hey everybody,
I've been using my FS700 for quite some time, and I've begun to notice the SDI port on the back is quite loose. The SDI connector itself fits snug onto the SDI connector, but the connector itself is loose on the body of the FS700.
I was considering opening the camera up to fix this, but I'm not quite sure what my best plan of action would be to solve this. Anybody have any ideas? I'm worried about sending to Sony since their repair costs are pretty high, and from what I've been looking at online, it looks like it's just a loose locking nut on the other side.
Anybody ever take the top off of their FS700? If so, was it difficult?
