Handle on my AF100 seems to be working loose often.
Issues anyone? Solutions?

Ours seem to be staying tight. Did you remove it before? Just wondering if
you may have over-torqued it on the way back on.

I recommend a little blue or green locktite if the screws are loosening up (not the red, it is permanent). And always use a really good screw driver so you don't mess up the philips screws. They can be replaced with allen head screws. I often do this.

Mine just came loose also, and I've never taken it off. Not exactly annoying, but a bit odd? I need to check all external screws, I guess...
