F35: Looking to purchase the F35 in a month.

Hi friends,

Looking to purchase the F35 in a month or so. I thought id prepare myself by building the power cable. Im very excited and was hoping to get some help from you guys on the power connector. Is this the right one? Im going to have to make a 8pin F35 to Dtap cable. Connector, Circular, Plug, Elbow, Insert 308 (8 Pin (M)), Solder Cup, Lemo, 2B

I will be doing the EF conversion on a PL camera or if someone already has an EF-mount version for sale, please contact me. I bought the FS700 from DP Justin Campos.

I would be weary of powering the F35 with a D-tap (probably wouldn't even work).

Just get either an Anton Bauer or V-mount battery plate and call it a day.

I'm pretty sure you need a FGJ.3B.308.CLLD72Z. Definitely can't be a 2B. Pinout described in operation manual (page 116).

What is the relevance in mentioning the FS700??

Check the German eBay Site. I Put my f35 for sale (Nikon mount). Maybe it is something for you?

I would also advise against powering the camera from a D-Tap. Don't do it.
