Looking to buy for 10K?

I have this complete package I am looking to buy from a local production house; the setup looks brand new and has only 20 hours on the camera (he said i dont know if there is a way to check?) he bought the camera 6 months ago and showed me the invoice. I just would like to know if this a good deal.

i think the camera, p2 cards, and mattebox run about 10,000 so sounds good to me. could be wrong
