Looking for XL1 BODY ONLY or Canon EF lense mount

I'm looking to pick up a B-camera for live event work and probably looking to purchase sometimes next week. I'm looking at an XL1 and after checking its price used with the lense it's still out of my price range. Since I already have access to some nice EOS lenses I'm looking to purchase an XL1 BODY only. I'm willing to pay around $700-800 depending if it comes with the charger and/or battery.

I'm also looking for a used EF mount adapter so that I can mount the EOS lenses on the body. Looking to pay around $300 for it, more or less.

Unfortunately 1800 is way out of my price range. It's more economical for me to just buy the body & charger and mount my own lense on there. If you ever consider selling just the body let me know.
