I am finishing up a short film involving a car crash. We used some rubber glass in production but we really want to amp things up in post with CG glass. We tried our best using trapcode particular and after effects, but it just wasn't working well enough. In order for us to get the right effect we really need someone with more advanced skills.
We are looking for someone who can generate photo-realistic CG glass with proper lighting (spec hits, pings, and glints) that reflects, refracts, and interacts with the light and objects in the scene. A few post-camera DOF changes are to be made as well and we would need final comping with the RED footage.
All in all, we are looking to add the effects to about 10 seconds of footage.
The short is cut together and pretty much finished except for this glass. If you are interested I'd be happy to send you a link to the short as well as a more detailed breakdown of what we need and are looking for.
This is a paid job. The rate would be dependent on experience and speed of the artist.
I've had luck on this site before and have been a member for a long time, so I wanted to look for someone here before having to venture into the dark realms of craigslist.
