I recently recorded a short (under 10 minutes) interview, but was not happy with the quality. I've been thinking about re-recording it. The interview is of one person. It only took me about 30 minutes to set-up and break down, but I only had to set up the camera, tripod, an additional light to what was already available and a simple microphone, but I don't know how much set-up/break down time you would need.
