Looking for some lights

[Pluimer]

Hey guys,

I'm looking to buy some lights that would work for general video use. Any suggestions about where to go in LA for good used lights? Or maybe someone here is looking to unload their kit

I was thinking a 3 or 4 light kit with a few fresnels:

1k
650w
300w
Softbank

I'd need all the stands, barndoors, and accessories to go along with these. Probably a case too. My budget is $1200 (give or take a couple hundred).

Is this doable?

i have a Britek set that includes two halo flood twin 600 watters along with a 300w halogen made explicitly for digi/video. the set includes three stands, three barn doors, two soft boxes, a gel kit and carrying cases. lights were purchased 6 months ago and have only been used on one short film. i also live in nearby Burbank. am willing to part with these products for 500. hope you find this useful!

I've sent you a PM.

If anyone else has lights or a suggestion about where to purchase, please feel free to let me know.

Thanks.
