Looking for mic holder for DVX 100a

This is my first post here and I am looking to purchase a mic holder for the DVX 100a.
Anyone out there have a spare they would like to sell would be cool!. I had a difficult time dealing with Panasonic to get this part and they still don't know if it includes the angled arm.

I live in Hilo, Hawaii.
