looking for good focus gears

So I've never used any of these in practice... I only know so far that I don't want a zip tie solution.

These are going on a set of five Leica R's and two Voigtlanders, so "budget" solutions aren't really a concern... however I don't want to pay to ship them to Duclos for the gear mod (since I've done the declick and fronts myself), so something substantially less than $100 per gear would be great. These would be semi-permanent installs, so quick removal is totally unnecessary.

What out there works well?
 
Did you find anything? I'm starting a similar search, but for Leica M lenses. It's been harder than I expected. The size and presence of focus tabs on some of the lenses are problems. Any advice?
