The film is basically through post. The director in me is very disatisfied with a shot we have of a house that sits in the middle of nowhere. The producer in me found another house and gave the director in me a week to shoot it. Among a few other things. Nevertheless, it would be a day worth of work. No more no less. I have all lighting we need, but I need a skilled DVX camera operator who can set up shots where I want them and can give a look that is closest to super16(apect ratio and what not) Whatver settings that may be. The day would be spent in hollywood and south pasadena.

You may ask why dont I just shoot on super 16. Well the producer in me says we do not have the time to shoot, develop, telecine, rent the digibeta deck and get the footage into the online. We do however have the time to snag some shots on the dvx. Match the 16 by 9 aspect ratio and throw on a few filters to make the shot match well enough for the fact that it is not gonna be on screen that long. PLUS during this portion of the film begins to get trippy anyways.
