Short Film: "Splitting Hair"
Shoots: 28th - 29th of June then on 12 - 13th of July
Gear: Not necessary. (We have Boom, Mixer, shot-gun, Hupercardioid, Zeppelin)
Locations: All in the northern Los Angeles studio zone.
We will have on the crew: Director, 1st AD, 2nd AD, DP, Camera Op, Steady Cam Op, DIT, Gaffer, Electrician, Key Grip, Grip, Boom Op, and a Cable Handler for the Bom Op.
Equipment: HVX+SGpro R.3+Nikkor Primes from 24mm to 600mm, shooting to P2 cards, O'Connor Head, 25k Watts of light from 2K fresnels to Kinos, and just as much grip gear, dolly, jib, Carrion monitor on the camera, HD production monitor on Video Village, underwater casing for the bare HVX (and the 400mm and 600mm from the beach for a surfing intro and conclusion).
It is a Drama-Comedy with a message and purpose. The humor is plentiful. It is an ensemble of four guys and one girl. We own all of the locations including a comedy club and an alley that we are building. Great cast and script.
I have a friend that is a pro engineer from Miami that is banking with his job recording all kinds of famous people's songs and working on TV shows that will help me on Post for the Audio!
