GH2 Looking for a Nikon to M4/3 adapter that has zero play

Looking for recommendations for a Nikon to M4/3 adapter that allows me to focus to infinity and has zero play.
I currently have a Fotodiox adapter but it has a small amount of play that is sometimes noticeable when I'm not using a follow focus.

Also I've read that the M4/3 mount supports lenses up to 1kg. I recently picked up the lovely Tokina 28-70 f2.6/2.8 which is my heaviest lens (around 2.5 lbs).
Does anyone have any experience with using 2lb+ lenses on their camera and have they caused any damage?

If it makes any difference, I have a GH2 but will soon be updgrading to the GH4.

Thanks.

Hmm, looks like I'll be looking into the Novaflex then. Does anyone have any positive experience with other brands or is this a "you get what you pay for thing?"
Also I don't need anything that gives me aperture control, all of my Nikon glass is either AI-S or has a manual ring on the lens.

I actually have a novoflex version and a voightlander version. both have excellent build quality. I might part with one of them.

pm me if you're interested.

Metabones also makes a Nikon to MFT. I haven't used them but if the speedbooster is snug that might be a good one and it's $100.

Weird, my Metabones are super snug but the Novoflexes I've used have been sloppy. Shame there's such variance in even the better brands.

FWIW, if your Fotodiox adapter slop is on the lens side, you can adjust it. Look at the mounting tabs on the adapter very closely, and you'll see a slit in each tab. Pry this slit open slightly with a small straight screwdriver, and your slop will disappear. Over time, you may have to repeat this.

Yeah, maybe it's my camera or the mount but my speedbooster has a visible give changing direction pulling focus and the aperture ring is kind of loose. I have to check it all the time that I haven't moved it when working with lenses with manual aperture rings. It's at the lens. The mount to the camera is OK.

The only thing that bugs me about Nikon lenses is they focus the opposite direction of all lenses and it messes with me. Never could get used to it.

I used an MTF F-mount adaptor on a client's AF101 rather extensively, and liked it very much. Tight, no play. The aperture ring is extremely smooth, but occasionally a little too softly-damped – some of my lenses have rather robust aperture return springs, and there's sometimes a bit of a battle going on over iris control.

My F-mount SpeedBooster has the tiniest amount of play at the body end. Not enough to cause a problem, though it was a surprise. No play at the lens end.
