Last week I was reading a thread where someone noted that Apple does a deal with students/developers giving them 20%off computer packages. This ring a bell, can someone redirect me? Thanks

The standard discount I've seen from Apple is approximately 10% off for us students. Developers who purchase a developer membership with Apple receive a one-time discount that is slightly better.

You can shop online for Apple's discounted items — go to http://www.apple.com/store/ and click on 'Education'.

There's another dev program, where you pay ~$150 and you get 20% off a hardware purchase.  I can't remember where I found it, but I do remember posting a link about it here some time ago.  I'll look around.

EDIT: I did mention it in a post, but unfortunately, I didn't post a link. Stupid me! ;D
