Hello Everyone,

I've been pilfering information for a long time from you guys, so I figured it's time I gave a little something back. Here is a link to my company's website- www.anfilms.com . Under "reels" you will find a number of clips, all of which were shot with the wonderful HVX200.

There are a couple of different settings used, mostly 720/24pn but also some mini-dv.

I thought surely someone would enjoy the "naked product" clip. We re-created popular fashion magazine ad's into live action for a mixed media piece.

Perhaps it's too amazing for your words...

I'm just watching the first film with the girl on the pink underwear. sleeping and having a dream. Very nice I liked the lighting. Personally I would have gone with a different outfit. hahah. But the camera moves were great and you did the white room wonderfully.

I think its difficult to ask to comment on your whole company's work. there seem to be many and people might not know which one to comment on or which one to watch.

1st give it some time. you just posted this yesterday.
2nd maybe a direct link to a demo reel, or just one project might get more replies.

just my thoughts.

I'll try watching some of the others.

and perhaps you are right, maybe i'll link a single clip.

I just wanted to show everyone the things i have been able to achieve with the HVX and the help of the hours and hours of comments i have been through on these pages.

I couldn't have done some of these things were it not for DVX user and other sites like it.

I guess I don't really need any comments. You guys have helped enough as it is.

saw the spec commercial with the Ipod. very nice. the light reflecting of the ipod was a little weird because it was being focus to a point. (as if you had a concave mirror) but the cinematography and the framing was great. I really like your work. :)

The naked series 3 was awesome too. It seemed like you kept some shoots too long though, but maybe you needed to fill some time. The one that comes to mind is when she has a bag in front of her. and the camera pans from her face to her feet, then back up in a circle to her face, and I think back down to her feet. you could cut it shorter and just show the face and pan to the feet.

The birds flying was great and it showed a nice control of the camera when you follow them in a circle, but I would prefer a wider shot (maybe panning) and just letting the birds circle inside the frame. (but that is one of those that you either get or you don't. nature doesn't always collaborate with us as I found out on my recent shoot at the beach. take a look at it its a few post down from this one. I hope to get some input on it from people like yourself.)
