After drooling over the HPX-3000 and its full resolution CCDs it occurred to me that:
If the HPX500 uses three 2/3" 540 x 960 chips to achieve 1080 x 1960 then... three 2/3" 1080 x 1960 chips offset would equal 4k, or at least something close...
Right, wrong? Just throwing that out there.
