Log & Transfer Issue, but OK when using Toast

I am having problems importing (Transcoding) footage using Log & Transfer. As can be seen in the screen capture, the green is not desired and shows up in the final transcoded clip.

But if I use Toast, all is OK.

Any thoughts?

Are you having luck transcoding 720/24p or 720/30p with toast (9) ? If so, would you please post your settings, whenever I try to convert these the audio and video are out of sync. Thanks much

I transcode 720/24 no problems.

AIC 1280X720
Current frame rate
Audio - Linear PCM stereo 48k 16 bit

Thanks Matt...I'll try it again with your settings. Do you think that 720/24 would produce good "slo-mo". I am almost finished shooting my first segment with my HMC and I would like to shoot some 720 and end with a slow fade out...Thanks for you thoughts on this.

To get good slow-mo you should shoot 720/60 and then conform it to 24p in Cinema tools.

Thanks for the tip. Is there a way/method of "conforming it to 24p" in FCE4 ? Can I do this with toast?

Doesn't matter what frame rate or resolution.
