Log and Transfer Question

Quick question:

How do you change what format Log and Transfer will transcode to? I'm shooting with a Panasonic GH1 and I want to have it transcode to Apple ProRes 422 (HQ).

It's in the little drop down sprocket in the upper right corner of the L/T window.

You'll see a number of transcode preferences once you access it.

FWIW, pro res 422 HQ is way over kill for GH1 footage.
