Local livestream from the D800, any tip welcome

Hi,

Im filming an event in october where the customer wants to have a projector streaming a chef slaugthering a sheep (dont ask me why!) in realtime. Its all local so the chef will be in the same room but not visible to all. Any tips on doimg this wireless or not and how to get it stable? General or specific, all appreciated. I have D800 and D4.

Thanks, didnt think of just having a hdmi straight out - Could be a easy way if the projector is close enough.
