Live streaming Video

I'm looking for some pointers doing a live streaming show with my HPX. How can I set this up? What equipment/software do I need?
 
ViewCast Capture Card, Adobe Flash Media Encoder, and a streaming website like Justin.TV or UStream.com. If you want to stream without an existing streaming platform you're looking at a thousand for Adobe Media Streaming Server. You might be able to get by without the ingest card if you have a long enough firewire cable and port on your comp.
