live streaming to a computer

Anyway to live stream (real time) fs700 images to a computer via the supplied cables like the USB. or is the only option SDI or HDMI to a converter (I have not SDI or HDMI input in my iMac)

My only color calibrated screens are the iMacs and I wanted to play around/learn more about picture profiles a bit more. If not I would welcome a little information on SDI or hdmi converters to stream footage to a computer

I just got a Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro HDMI converter which uses Thunderbolt to my Mac allowing live streaming from the HDMI output of the camera.
it also has an HDMI out to connect a monitor and watch the output. Seems pretty good, although I haven't tried live streaming; I actually bought it to transfer some old tape footage to Prores.
They also have the less expensive Shuttle series in TB or USB. All aluminum box on the pro unit which I purchased because
I read about overheating issues on the plastic ones, (although, oddly, the pro unit lacks a S-VHS input. I belive you will need separate streaming software, once the box is hooked up.

Intensity comes with software to monitor/capture the inputs with. (Media Express)

I have the USB3 unit. It's worked great, once you sort out the settings. IF your mac has TB, I would recommend that routs.

I have a Blackmagic Design Ultra Studio Mini Recorder, which is made for live streaming. It has SDI & HDMI inputs and feeds to the computer via Thunderbolt. It comes with software and it's cheap, I think about $150. I think I had to use my own TB cable and they can be 1/3 the cost of the box, but I had a few lying around.

Thank you very much, look alike I need a studio recorder and am going to give the BlackMagic a shot. Also I used the wrong terminology I would be streaming live to the web just a live view on the only calibrated monsters I always have access to. goal is to learn more about Sony Profile settings color phase, knee, gamma..... going to be shooting even more sports this season and mixing different Sony cameras (adding a small sensor cam) so I will need to get a decent match with the 700
