Live Music shooting (HELP)

Before I shot this, I was going to post a bulletin to ask for help on shooting a concert that my friend had asked me to shoot, but i decided I would just try to shoot it myself just for trial and error since i had never done it before. if you guys would look at this and tell me what I need to work on for the next show it would be great as far as angles and stuff, i just had 3 cameras one which was stationary behind the drummer I had one and the other one I had a friend hold. and what do i need to do to make the audio better on the spot? the house speakers were already shot anyway, but i would just like to get the best possible audio I can. any suggestions and insight would be wonderful. thanks guys.
